You retain ownership
You retain ownership of your files and data. Our permission to process them is limited to providing and securing the service and following lawful instructions.
You choose access and destinations
You decide who can access each feed and where accepted files are delivered. We handle personal data in customer files and exchange records on your instructions as processor or subprocessor.
No uploaded files sent to AI
We do not currently send uploaded files to AI providers or use them to train AI models. Configured rules determine supported Excel and CSV validation results.
Return and deletion through support
An authorized customer representative can contact support to arrange workspace closure, return or deletion under the customer terms. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete workspace data.
